Accessibility
statement.

This statement covers the pulse-operations.co.uk marketing website. We want everyone — including officers, managers and buyers who use assistive technology — to be able to read and use this site.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. Accessibility is reviewed as part of every change to the site, not as an afterthought.

What we've done

  • A “skip to content” link on every page for keyboard and screen-reader users.
  • Descriptive alternative text on every image, and labels on every icon-only control.
  • Text and interface colours chosen for contrast against their backgrounds.
  • The site works at 375px-wide viewports and at browser zoom without horizontal scrolling.
  • Motion respects your system's “reduce motion” preference — the product tour and video fall back to still images.
  • No content flashes, autoplays with sound, or moves in ways that can't be paused.

Known limitations

  • The interactive product tour's click-to-zoom hotspots work best with a pointer; all of the tour's information is also available as plain text on the platform pages.
  • Some product screenshots contain small text; the surrounding copy always describes what they show.

The Pulse product itself

This statement covers the marketing site. Accessibility of the Pulse applications (officer app, dashboards, client portal) is an ongoing programme — if accessibility requirements form part of your procurement, ask us and we'll walk you through where the product stands today, honestly.

Tell us what's not working

If you find something on this site you can't read or operate, we want to know. Contact us via the contact page and we'll fix what we can and tell you honestly what we can't.

This statement was prepared on 20 July 2026 and is reviewed with each significant site update.
