Is there a contract?

12-month minimum term, billed monthly or annually (annual = 2 months free). Founding partners keep their discounted rate locked for 24 months, then it's 30-day rolling.

What counts as an "operative"?

Any officer or field staff member with an active mobile login in a given month. Admin, control-room and client-portal logins are always free and unlimited.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade instantly at any time, and add or remove operatives as your contracts change. You only ever pay for what you run.

Is my data secure & GDPR-compliant?

Every tenant's data is fully isolated, encrypted, hosted in the UK, and covered by a data-processing agreement with full export & erasure on request.

What's included in setup?

We configure your sites, checkpoints, users and templates, migrate your existing data, and train your team, so you go live ready, not with a blank system.

Do you offer a free trial?
