Acceptance
These terms of use govern your access to and use of the pulse-operations.co.uk website (the "website"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
About these terms
These terms cover your use of this marketing website only. They do not govern the Pulse platform itself. Access to and use of the Pulse service is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and order form entered into between Pulse and each customer. If there is any conflict between these terms and that agreement in relation to the service, the agreement prevails.
The website is operated by Aether Agency Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 12641621. You can reach us at hello@pulse-operations.co.uk.

You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, republish, or exploit any part of the website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except as permitted by us in writing;
- Misuse the contact forms, for example by submitting other people's data without their permission.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for general information. While we take care to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or representations that the content is complete, accurate, or current. Any figures, examples, or illustrations are indicative only and do not form part of any contract. Nothing on the website is intended as professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the website is limited to £100.
