We load Pulse with one of your real buildings: your shifts, your officers, your checkpoints. You see your own operation on the platform from the first minute. No deck, no pitch, no generic sandbox — just Pulse running your world.

Setup & migration

We migrate your sites, checkpoints, people and registers from your current system or spreadsheets. Template libraries seed the statutory registers, and your sites, checkpoints and officers are provisioned in an afternoon, so you start with a working system, not a blank one.

Parallel run

We run Pulse alongside your current setup on one site first, so nothing is at risk. Your team gets comfortable on live work while your existing process stays in place as a safety net. When that site is solid, we roll out to the rest.

Go live

Most firms switch over fully within a fortnight. Pulse runs on any modern iOS or Android device your officers already carry, and updates ship over-the-air with no app-store wait, so you're never blocked waiting on a release.
